Affinity Dental of La Mesa needed a custom website to showcase their commitment to exceptional family care. As a well-established, family-run practice, they are known for providing high-quality dentistry in a comfortable, patient-centered environment. The goal for the website was to reflect these values while offering an enhanced user experience for both new and returning patients.

We utilized WordPress as the platform, incorporating the versatile The7 Theme to create a clean, professional design that aligns with Affinity Dental’s branding. The homepage features an engaging slider powered by Slider Revolution, showcasing a looping Vimeo video that welcomes visitors with a dynamic visual experience. This adds a modern touch to the website while effectively introducing the practice’s services. Additionally, the website is fully responsive, ensuring optimal performance across all devices, from desktop to mobile.

Several key features were implemented to enhance the functionality of the site. A dedicated Patient Center provides visitors with essential information, while the blog offers helpful dental tips and updates, keeping patients informed and engaged. These sections help foster stronger connections between Affinity Dental and its patients, positioning the practice as a trusted local resource for dental care.

One of the primary needs for the website was an easy-to-use way for patients to request appointments. To address this, we integrated a custom Request Appointment Form using Gravity Forms. This form allows patients to submit appointment requests with ease and includes UTM tracking for marketing insights. The form data is stored in the WordPress database, emailed to the client for follow-up, and automatically sent to Agency Analytics via their API, ensuring that all interactions are tracked for future analysis.

Overall, the project successfully resulted in a modern, user-friendly website that elevates Affinity Dental’s online presence. Through a combination of responsive design, video integration, and advanced form functionality, we captured the essence of Affinity Dental’s patient-first approach, ensuring the website is both visually appealing and highly functional.
